These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Fueli mobile application ("the App"), developed by Lewin Widmer ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data and forms part of these Terms by reference.
Fueli generates AI-assisted meal plans based on information you provide (dietary preferences, allergies, goals, etc.), and lets you track meals, log food, and optionally sync with Apple Health.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Fueli account or use the App. This is both our own policy and a requirement of Google's Gemini API, which powers Fueli's AI meal generation and prohibits use by anyone under 18. By using Fueli, you confirm that you're at least 18.
Fueli is intended for general wellness and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, dietary, or nutritional advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not reviewed or overseen by a doctor or dietitian. Always consult a qualified professional before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have a medical condition, food allergy, or intolerance.
While the App allows you to specify allergies and dietary restrictions, meal suggestions are generated by an AI model and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. You are solely responsible for independently verifying that any meal, ingredient, or product is safe for you before consuming it — particularly if you have a severe or life-threatening allergy. Never rely on Fueli as your only safeguard against an allergen.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You keep your own rights in what you enter into Fueli (your preferences, goals, meal history, feedback). By providing it, you grant us a limited right to use and process it solely to operate and improve the App for you. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we can use them to improve Fueli without owing you anything for them.
Meal plans and other content the App generates via AI are provided "as is." Because it's machine-generated, it may not be unique to you — the same or similar suggestions may be generated for other users — and we don't guarantee it's accurate, error-free, or exclusive to you.
Free accounts are subject to daily/periodic limits on meal plan generation and meal swaps, and certain actions may require watching a rewarded video ad. We may adjust these limits at any time.

The App, including its design, branding, and underlying code (aside from your own content and AI output governed by Section 5, and third-party content governed by its own licence), is owned by Lewin Widmer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated meal plans or nutrition data, except where such a warranty is mandatorily implied by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any health-related outcomes resulting from meals or nutrition information provided by the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory Swiss law or other applicable consumer-protection law.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, including abuse of free-tier limits. You may delete your account at any time from within the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we'll provide reasonable notice — such as an in-app notice before the change takes effect — rather than relying only on the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after a material change's effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms; if you don't agree, please stop using the App.
